YAMA NO IBUKI
Yama no Ibuki | Farmers` interview -Uchimaki, Shizuoka | Feb.2018 “Yama no Ibuki” means “Mountain breath”, life and vitality are the essence of this cultivation. This Sencha is grown in Uchimaki, Hon-Yama district; the characteristic of this tea is less bitterness, and a palate astringent and sweet. Only these small tea factories can process unique tea for connoisseur.
